Where do we fulfill the orders?
Casa Italia is based in Manchester and all orders are fulfilled from our restaurant premises in Didsbury and Wilmslow.
Our own staff is in charge of all order fulfillment. This allows us to take a full control for quality and reliability.
Delivery area in the UK
Casa Italia delivers to the most of the UK.
The areas are: England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excl. Highlands & Islands.
We use a delivery partner Parcelforce that delivers all orders outside of the Manchester area.
Within Manchester, we deliver most of the orders ourselves. These postal codes are:

Currently, we do not ship outside of the UK.
Delivery times and schedule
Orders are delivered next working day when ordered before 11 am. Orders made after 11 am are delivered in two workdays.

Is there a minimum order?
For Gourmet Shop orders, the minimum order is £20.
Are certain products restricted to certain delivery regions?
No. All products are available to all customers located in the eligible regions.
Do you deliver alcohol?
Yes, we deliver alcohol including wines, beers and spirits.
How do we make sure that all products are in top quality when they arrive?
Some products do not require special packaging, such as dry pasta and it stays perfect in normal carton boxes.
For products that require cold delivery, we pack dry ice into the parcel to ensure that the temperature of the shipment remains at the right levels and the products are protected accordingly.
Receiving the deliveries made by Parcelforce
Parcelforce delivers your order to the address that you specified during the checkout. You can add additional comments and instructions to make sure that the parcel finds you.
In case you are not home when the delivery comes, Parcelforce will make a second try at a later point in time. If the second try is also unsuccessful, the parcel will return to Casa Italia. In this situation, we will not refund the order, nor reship it without additional charges.
